Good things come to those
who believe,
Better things come to those
who are patient.
And
Best things come to those
who do not give up

We’ve all heard the old saying good things come to those who wait, but this can sometimes be difficult to achieve in reality. Whether we’re trying to improve our fitness, get promoted at work, or gain an edge in our personal lives, waiting can be tedious and feel like it takes forever to achieve the goal we’re after. However, it seems patience may actually be an important virtue that can pay off in the long run if you learn how to be patient when you work towards your goals and never give up on them no matter what comes your way.

You can’t connect the dots looking forward

I know what it’s like to have the odds stacked against you, said Steve Jobs in his 2005 commencement speech at Stanford University. You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. Jobs experienced this for himself when he was ousted from Apple Computer Inc., a company that he cofounded, before coming back and turning it into one of the most valuable technology companies on Earth–a company that is now worth more than $200 billion.
The words of Jobs ring true with me.

What does this quote mean?

This quote means that good things happen to the people who are patient. Better things happen to the people who believe in themselves, and best of all, the people that don’t give up when it gets tough. You need patience for good things but you also need faith in yourself for them too. Life can be tough sometimes with everything going on around you but you have to have faith in yourself as well as patience because hard work pays off no matter what happens!

Why is this quote important?

This quote is important because it reminds us that we should never lose hope or give up on our dreams. If we want something enough and keep trying our good luck will eventually pay off.
It also teaches us that if something good comes into our life, it’s worth the wait to get something even better in the future.
We should always be patient with ourselves and others because being impatient leads us down the wrong path.
Lastly, this quote teaches us that sometimes what seems like a bad thing can be a blessing in disguise because patience is often rewarded with a higher quality of life than one without patience ever could have reached by rushing through life’s challenges.

How can this quote be applied to life?

It can be applied in many ways. For example, if you have a work-related problem that needs to be solved, you need to keep calm and be patient. You will get the answer eventually as long as you don’t give up. If there’s a person in your life that seems unattainable or uninterested in anything that you have to offer, don’t let this dissuade you from continuing the pursuit of your goals – they might just take longer than others. Believe in yourself and your abilities because it will make all the difference when it comes down to it!

Belief is the key

Belief is the key to achieving anything you want in life. Patience is necessary when waiting for that dream job or significant other to arrive into your life. And not giving up? Well, that’s what has kept me going all these years! I hope you will find this blog post insightful and if there is one thing I can leave with you it’s this: BELIEVE AND PATIENCE WILL LEAD YOU TO THE BEST THINGS IN LIFE!
