Many people get so caught up in seeing the faults in others that they forget about the goal of improving themselves and growing personally and professionally. For example, what good does it do you to see everyone else having more money or possessions than you do, if you haven’t put any effort into making sure that you are not just as happy with what you have?

I am a player

I am not a referee. I am a player who runs for the goal. And I’m not a player who runs just to run and get nowhere. When I play football, I try to score goals and help my team win!
