I used to think I was an introvert because I didn’t speak much at work but then I realized that my body language was actually shutting people down before they even got a chance to hear me out. After training myself to be more open with my face and gestures, everything started going so much more smoothly in social situations!

There are many ways to improve your mood and make yourself feel better, but I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite ways. Take time to do something that makes you happy, like taking a walk or listening to your favorite music. What’s important is finding what works for you.
