Never stop doing your best just because someone doesn’t give you credit..

Though it’s tempting to stop doing your best work when someone isn’t around to give you credit, that won’t benefit you in the long run. If you want to be truly successful, it’s important to focus on what you can do and not get hung up on what others aren’t doing or saying. Work hard, do your best, and learn from your mistakes—that will help ensure that you reap the rewards of whatever work you do put in over time.

The importance of doing your best
Never stop trying to be better. You may not always get the credit or acknowledgment you deserve for all of the hard work and effort you put in. All that matters is that you know what you’re capable of and keep striving to do better. You are worth it!

What gets in the way of giving our best?
We are so often driven by the need for validation from other people. We work hard to make sure we do a good job in order to get that praise and that feeling of accomplishment. But what if there’s no one around to applaud us? What if we spend hours on something but it just doesn’t matter?
It can be so easy to let that lack of validation get in the way of our efforts. It can be tough when we put ourselves out there and no one notices or cares. And most importantly, it can be painful when someone is continuously unkind and dismissive toward us.
But what if instead of letting those things get in the way we worked a little harder? What if instead of giving up we double-down on our efforts?

How to stay motivated to do your best
It is easy to feel discouraged and less motivated when other people are not giving you credit for the hard work that you put in. But if there is one thing I have learned over the years it is this: true success comes from how well we deal with adversity and challenges.
It’s important to remember that everyone has different opinions and perceptions of our efforts. It’s also important to remember that the only opinion that matters is our own.
It’s easier said than done but if we can focus on what we are doing well without worrying about what others think of us or our performance then we will find ourselves feeling better about where we are at in life.

The benefits of never giving up
Don’t let someone else’s opinion of you keep you from pursuing your dreams. You never know what they might be missing out on. And if their opinion is based on falsehood or inaccurate information, then they’re not worth listening to anyways. There are people who will disagree with everything that we do no matter what it is–and the only way to get them to change their mind about us is through our actions and our work.
