Health is the Greatest Gift, Contentment, the Greatest Wealth, and Faithfulness, the Best Relationship.

There’s no question that you can lead a happy life—health, contentment, and faithfulness are all components of what constitutes happiness, after all. But in order to live a truly happy life, it’s important to pay attention to these three keys, as they’re the building blocks upon which happiness is built. Without health, you can’t experience true physical happiness; without contentment, you can’t experience true mental happiness; and without faithfulness, you can never experience true interpersonal happiness.

Health
It is important to have a healthy diet. Eating vegetables is good for you because it will give you the vitamins that your body needs. You should also get plenty of exercise so that you can feel better and stay in shape. It’s also important that you drink plenty of water every day so that your body stays hydrated. When you don’t eat right or exercise enough, your immune system might not be as strong as it could be, which leaves you open to getting sick more easily.

Contentment
Some people see contentment as being complacent with life. However, contentment is not the opposite of happiness. It is actually the foundation that makes happiness possible. Happiness is an emotional response to something in life that brings us joy. Contentment is peace of mind; it’s feeling good about what you have and what you don’t have.

Faithfulness
The Bible says that faithfulness upholds marriage (Proverbs 18:22) or any other type of relationship. It is what makes it strong and ensures its success because it creates a sense of security for both partners.
