The only way to get better is to keep trying: how to make the impossible possible

Try and keep on trying until that which seems difficult becomes possible and that which seems possible now, becomes habit and a real part of you

The most successful people out there started at the bottom and worked their way up, from their failures to their habits to their skills and character. If you want to get better at something, you have to try, try again and keep trying until that which seems difficult becomes possible and that which seems possible now, becomes habit and a real part of you. Here’s how to make the impossible possible.

Get out of your comfort zone
One of the best ways to learn and grow as a person is by challenging yourself. This can mean that you might have to step out of your comfort zone in order for you to experience new things.

Train your mind
It’s hard to believe that it’s been over a year since I started my blog, and I’ve had some great successes in my life since then. But just because things are going well doesn’t mean we should stop growing and improving. We should always be on the lookout for new opportunities, and if we find them, we should try as hard as we can until they seem achievable.

Make sure it’s something you enjoy
The only way to get better at anything is to practice and try. Even when it seems impossible, try and keep on trying until that which seems difficult becomes possible and that which seems possible now, becomes habit and a real part of you. If you’re reading this post, it’s likely because you’re looking for ways to overcome a fear or challenge. I want you to know that I’ve been there too. At one point in my life, I was afraid of heights. It was just too scary for me.

Have fun
This is a story of two people. One person was told they would never be able to do something, and that they should give up. The other person was told they could do anything, so long as they worked hard and never gave up. Who do you think had the greater success?

Never forget the basics
It’s easy for us to forget that it all starts with a set of basics. A strong foundation of push-ups, squats, and pull-ups will not just help you get stronger and more flexible; they’ll also help you feel like your body can do anything. Start by doing at least five reps of each exercise every day or two.
